Hello!  I am excited about another school year and the opportunity to work with every one of you.  I have more than 24 years of experience in education, and I have taught multiple areas of science including ipc, environmental science, chemistry, and physics. I am a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. This year in physics we will emphasize motion in one and two dimensions, newton's laws of motion, circular and rotational motion, simple harmonic motion, work and energy, and electricity. An understanding of physics is fundamental to science and can act as a gateway into other areas of science, technology, engineering, and medicine. My goal is to assist and prepare problem-solving skills with my students to prepare them for a future career in the sciences.
