My name is Michael Spencer, and I’m excited to begin my first year at Dulles High School! I have over 20 years of experience in the field of education and am passionate about helping students grow both academically and personally.  I will be a part of the incredible special education and math team as an Algebra I co-teacher.  Furthermore, I will be an assistant football and baseball coach in the athletics department.

I’m a proud 6th-generation Texan, originally from the East Texas town of Athens. I earned my degree from the University of Houston—go Coogs! Outside of school, I’ve been blessed with a beautiful and amazing wife, Lynn, and we’ve been married for 25 wonderful years. We have two adult children: Peyton, a senior at Texas A&M University–Texarkana, and Nick, a senior at the University of North Texas.

I’m looking forward to a great year at Dulles and am honored to be part of such a supportive and dynamic school community!
