Hello! This is my 21st year in education and my second year at Dulles High. I love being a Viking! I started my career at Meyerland Middle School in HISD and have also taught at The Awty International School and Bellaire High School. I chose to come to Dulles because it has such a warm and friendly atmosphere as well as a reputation for excellence.

I teach AP Language and sponsor the National English Honor Society and the Chess Club. I look forward to learning along with my students as we work to become critical thinkers, readers, and writers. In my free time I enjoy writing, reading for pleasure, yoga, and going on hikes with my husband and son.
