My name is Ryan Holley. I am a dedicated educator and coach with a passion for helping students grow both in the classroom and on the field of athletic competition. I was born and raised in Rockport, Texas, where I was proud to be an Academic All-State athlete in football, soccer, and track & field. I graduated with honors from Rockport-Fulton High School and went on to attend Texas A&M University–Kingsville, where I continued competing in football and track & field. I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a Minor in Political Science and Geography. I earned my Texas Teacher Certification in 2003. I currently hold Social Studies Composite 8-12 and Special Education EC-12 certifications.

My career in Texas public education spans over 20 years. I’ve taught World Geography, AP Human Geography, History, Special Education, and coached a variety of sports, including football, soccer, track & field, and wrestling. During my 17 years as a Texas High School football coach, I’ve had the privilege of coaching many highly successful teams and in two Texas High School Football State Championship games, one at Calallen High School and another at Houston Lamar High School. I served as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Houston Lamar High School for 6 years and as the Head Wrestling Coach at Clear Lake High School for two years.

In 2019, my wife and I earned our Texas Real Estate Licenses and took a three-year break from education to launch a real estate business. I later returned to the classroom as a Special Education Case Manager and Support Teacher in Fort Bend ISD, where I served for three years. After another two-year hiatus, I’m excited to be back in education as a Social Studies teacher as well as a Football and Track coach at Dulles High School in Fort Bend ISD.

I pride myself in having a strong work ethic, passionate spirit, and friendly demeanor. I also take pride in being dependable, genuine, and loyal. My success is rooted in my ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to new challenges, and communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.

Outside of work, I love staying active, working out, and seeking adventure. I’m a devoted family man and enjoy traveling with my wife Chelsea, my three children, Kaiden, Kyle, and Kaylee, and our loyal Labrador Retriever, Drake. When we can find time, we love going on off-the-grid overlanding camping trips to enjoy the peace and beauty of the outdoors.
