Malala Yousafzai Elementary School (MYE) opened its doors in 2019 with a vision for Leading and Empowering students to Achieve their Purpose! This is what it means when we say LEAP! Teacher Assignments

Teacher assignments will arrive via email by August 5 at 5:00 pm. These are subject to change. We continue to add students and staff daily! If your child will have a different classroom then originally assigned, you will receive a phone call from the school.

Enrollment

All children who are four years of age or over but younger than 21 years of age on September 1 of any school year in which admission is sought and who reside within FBISD or have a parent/legal guardian (assigned by a court of law) who resides within FBISD are eligible to attend FBISD schools.

Registration must be completed at the school in which the child's residence address is zoned within FBISD (except for Prekindergarten, see below); therefore, parents must contact their child's zoned school for additional enrollment information.
