Welcome to 5th grade - ELAR and Social Studies

Welcome to the Home of the Chameleons!   

I am super excited to be teaching at CSE and to be part of a wonderful community.  My goal as a teacher is to provide students with a learning path that will take them anywhere they want to go.  I have a fun Pokemon and Anime style classroom to welcome students into a comfortable learning environment.   

Before becoming a Texan, MA, NY, OH, WA and VA were my homes.  I moved around as I pursued my educational journey as well as my career path.  Now Texas has been my home for 15+ years!  

When I am not at school,  I enjoy spending time with my family; my husband Dan, Carmen (21) and Logan (16).  I enjoy running, mountain biking, gardening, and watching movies.  I also have 2 tabby cats; Issac and Newton.
