I am so happy to be starting another 5th grade year! I have been a Chameleon since 2009 and have taught in several positions, but 5th grade is the best!

I was born in Louisiana, but was lucky to become a Fort Bend ISD student in 4th grade.  I graduated from Dulles High School, then completed my teaching degree at Texas A&M University in 1989. I have taught all elementary grades and thoroughly enjoy being a part of my students' learning journeys.

I live in Greatwood with my husband Scott and my 1 year old American Foxhound dog. My adult children are Katie and Reese.  Katie is a Occupational Therapist in the Dallas area.  Reese is a swimmer at LSU and is studying Accounting. I love to read, sew needlepoint projects, and play with my crazy dog. I am excited about working with students each day and watching their learning progress.
