Welcome to Art with Mrs. Anderson at Cornerstone Elementary. I am a native Houstonian and graduated from the University of Houston.  I started my teaching career at Arizona Fleming where I taught Third Grade for five years. After that I transitioned to Art where I taught Seventh and Eighth Grade Art at Lake Olympia Middle School. I then returned to elementary where I taught Art at Oyster Creek and then opened Cornerstone Elementary where I currently have the privilege of teaching your children everyday. I love to paint and draw and I hope to transfer some of that love to your children.

I am married and have two children, Austin and Ashley.  I love animals and the outdoors. I have two dogs, three cats, and three horses. My daughter and I barrel race as a hobby. I also enjoy riding my Harley or kayaking/fishing with my family when the weather is right.
