Welcome to third grade! I love teaching at Cornerstone Elementary! I have been at Cornerstone since it opened in 2007 and am proud to be one of the founding members of this wonderful school. You can even find my signature on the Cornerstone Constitution hanging in the front lobby! I’ve taught third grade every year except for one year when I looped up with my students and taught fourth grade. Prior to coming to Cornerstone I taught at Oakland Elementary which is also in FBISD.

I attended The University of Texas at Austin and am certified to teach pre-school through fourth grade. I also have my ESL certification and Gifted & Talented training. Prior to living in Texas, I spent my childhood in Philadelphia, PA and Cleveland, OH. I much rather prefer the warm weather of Texas! When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Stephen, our kids, Brenden and Caroline, and our dog, Hamm. I also love volunteering with my Rodeo committee, playing Fantasy Football, traveling to new places, and reading books with my book club!
