Mharbe Masculino proudly serves as Associate Principal. Prior to joining the Ridge Point family in 2017 as an Assistant Principal, she was Chemistry teacher and Technology Integration Champion. In 2014 she was honored by her peers as the Dulles High School Teacher of the Year.  

Mharbe earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin while obtaining her teaching certification through UTeach, a math and science educators preparation program. She later earned a Masters in Education from Lamar University with a focus on Teacher Leadership, and returned to Lamar University to obtain a Principal's Certification.  

When she isn't taking care of business at Ridge Point, she is spending time with her incredible support system that includes a wonderful husband and 2 children.
