Ricardo C. Gaines, Assistant Principal (AP) at Ridge Point High School. He has served as an educator for over 20 years, had experiences in teaching, coaching, and administration, and first joined Fort Bend ISD in 2010. In his role as an AP, he supervises world languages and serve as building and grounds, and safety liaison.

A common thread throughout his career has been his ability to demonstrate a commitment to excellence, loyalty, and passion for things he assumes and for those who are an integral part of the educational fabric. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Education Degree from Oklahoma State University and a Masters of Arts and Leadership Degree from Southern Nazarene University.
