Kempner High School

Henry Phan is a rising senior, soon-to-be graduating in the class of 2025 of Kempner High School. He is undertaking a STEM endorsement in mathematics. In conjunction, he is also pursuing the humanities— winning a Silver Key for Critical Essay under the 2024 Scholastic Arts & Writing Awards. Outside of school, he is an avid reader of fantasy novels, also acting as an older sibling and tutor, tending to his younger brother and cousins.  Preparing to graduate soon, he hopes to attend either Texas A&M University or the University of Texas to pursue a major in accounting or financial adjacent fields to be the second in the family to graduate college.
