All seniors need to verify the spelling of their name that will be printed on their diploma.

 

1. Log in to Skyward Portfolio and look at your most recent unofficial transcript. The spelling of your name at the top is EXACTLY how it will appear on your diploma.

2. Click on this form and a) confirm that it is correct or b) make a correction. Please note that no nicknames may be used and their diploma MUST match your birth certificate.

3. Complete all of this by January 23, 2026
