What is UT OnRamps Dual Enrollment?
In these courses students are completing their high school level courses and participate in a UT college course. These courses are taught by embedded FBISD teachers who attend 80 hours of initial ongoing training through the University of Texas at Austin and 35 hours of additional training and professional development each year after.
At the end of the course students the students will earn a FBISD grade in skyward and have the option of accepting or declining the college credit from the University of Texas and using that University of Texas transcript of the completed courses when applying to colleges.
Students do not need to be TSI ready to take a course. They only need to meet the prerequisite courses required by TEA for the high school course.
Courses historically offered at RPHS: English (12th grade), Biology (10th)
