    No Exam Changes Accepted After February 25, 2025

    Spring AP registration and payment is now open for Spring Only courses: AP Government and Politics, AP Macroeconomics, and AP Physics: Electricity & Magnaism. AP exams are $99 each. There will be no late registration or payment period for Spring only classes. The deadline is February 25, 2025. No exam registration or cancelations will be accepted for Fall, Full Year or Spring exams after February 25, 2025.

    1. Students obtain a Join Code from their teacher
    2. Students join AP Classroom 
    3. Students make Exam Decision - taking exam or not taking the exam
    4. If taking exam then payment must be made through Revtrak no later than February 25, 2025

     

    Late AP registration and payment is now open for the Fall and Full Year courses, a $40 College Board Late Fee will automatically be applied, totaling $139 per exam.

    Instructions for completing Late Registration and Payment:

    1. Make payment through Revtrak
    2. Save a PDF of the receipt
    3. Complete the RPHS AP Late Exam Registration Request 2024-2025 
    4. Make sure you have joined the APClassroom for this course. The AP Coordinator will have to change the exam decision

    The deadline for Late registration and payment is February 25, 2025. 

    You must obtain the join code from your AP course teacher and then make your exam decision once you have enrolled. 

     

    If you wish to Cancel your AP exam, please complete this Form no later than February 25, 2025. If you quailfied for the Reduced Fee I strongly encourage you to NOT Cancel as you will owe the school $14 due to the $40 cancelation fee we pay to College Board.

    All FBISD students are expected to be enrolled in AP Classroom by this date.

    August 8  - October 16, 2024

    Students should make exam decisions in AP Classroom, and pay for AP Exams in Revtrak.

    October 16, 2024

    All students should make exam decisions in their AP Classroom account by this date.

    November 1, 2024

     

    Last day for students to make a final AP exam decision AND pay for AP exam without penalties assessed (year-long and fall semester courses only).

    SPECIAL NOTES:

    • No exam can be ordered for a student if the student has not:
      • Paid in FULL or submitted a payment plan agreement and completed the 1st payment installment, and
      • Made an exam decision in AP Classroom
    • Any student wishing to change an exam decision from “yes” to “no” must complete an AP Exam Change Form and submit to the campus AP Coordinator BEFORE this date or an exam cancellation fee of $40 will be applied (per College Board).
    • If students cannot pay in full by this date, FBISD has offered two payment plan options. Students must complete a Payment Plan Form, submit for approval to AP Coordinator, and pay the 1st installment to prevent cancellation of the AP exam.

    November 16, 2024 - February 25, 2025

    Late AP exam ordering begins: Students must complete a Late AP Exam Order Request Form and submit to campus AP Coordinator.  A late exam fee of $40 per exam will apply (per College Board)

     

    SPECIAL NOTE: 

    • Any student wishing to change an exam decision from “yes” to “no” must complete an AP Exam Change Form and submit to the campus AP Coordinator- an exam cancellation fee of $40 will be applied before any eligible refund is issued (per College Board).
    • After February 25, 2025, there will be NO exam changes and students will NOT be eligible for any partial cancellation refund.

    February 15, 2025

    *For Spring Semester Only Courses* All students should make an AP exam decision in their AP Classroom account

    February 25, 2025

    All payment plans must be paid in FULL or students will be place on a campus fine list for the current balance.

    *For Spring Semester Only Courses* Final deadline for students to make a final AP exam decision AND pay for AP exam.
