Ms. Salinas grew up in Edinburg, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas - Pan American and a Master of Education from Texas A&I University in Kingsville. She is a former Spanish and Special Education teacher.

 

Ms. Salinas calls Dulles Middle School her second home and loves a good cup of coffee with a great mystery book!
