Please go to www.fortbendisd.com. On the home page, click on the icon that says, “New Student Registration”. Select the category of your child’s status to start the enrollment process. You will then be asked to enter your email information. At that time you will be sent a link from the district to your email with instructions on how to login and create a password. After you have successfully logged in, the application will open.

Student’s Birth Certificate
Student’s Social Security card
Withdrawal Form (if during the school year)
Last Report Card stating “Promoted” or “Retained” (if during the summer)
Official Immunization Record with child’s Date Of Birth & Physician’s stamp or signature
Parent’s Proof of residence (Deed or Lease)
Parent’s Current Utility Bill (electric, water or gas)
Parent’s government photo ID which provides their Fort Bend address (TX Driver’s License/ID Card)
