To complete the online application, please go to www.fortbendisd.com. On the left side of the page, click on “New Student Online Registration”, you will be asked to enter your email. You will then be sent a link to your email with instructions on how to login and create a password. After you have successfully logged in, the application will open.

DOCUMENTS YOU WILL BRING:
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Student’s Social Security card
- Withdrawal Form (if during the school year)
- Last Report Card stating “Promoted” or “Retained” (if during the summer)
- Official Immunization Record with child’s Date Of Birth & Physician’s stamp or signature
- Proof of residence (Deed or Lease)
- 1 Current Utility Bill (electric, water or gas)
- Parent’s government photo ID which provides their Fort Bend address (TX Driver’s License/ID Card)
