Mr. Omar Bivins

I am a Behavior Support Services teacher for Dulles Middle School.  I have been a teacher for Fort Bend ISD since 2005.  I am passionate about students striving to become the best version of themselves. I earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology & Special Education from Marist University in Poughkeeepsie, New York.
