Hello and welcome to Ms. Asrar's Third Grade classroom! I am looking forward to an exciting and rewarding year with your children!

I have been a classroom teacher since 2016, and I am delighted to be a part of the wonderful third grade team! I graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake (#gohawks!) with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a teaching certificate of Early Childhood through 6th grade.

It is very important for me to create a positive learning environment for my students, and to have open communication with my students and their families.

I am grew up in a small town called Alvin, Tx, where I also taught for 6 years. All of my teaching experience has been in 3rd grade. I have two cats named Leo and Lola. I enjoy hanging out with my family & friends, shopping, and finding new cafes to enjoy.
