Mrs. Kaysie Starnes
I grew up in the Houston area. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in December 1998. I have a specialization in Early Childhood, Reading, and ESL. I have taught kindergarten, first, second, and third grade. I started teaching first grade at RDE in August of 2013. I moved to teaching kindergarten in August of 2022.
In my spare time I like to read, craft, and spend time with my husband, family, and friends.
