Miss Nyreonnia Porter

Hello Fireflies! 

I am so excited to teach at Alyssa Ferguson this school year. This will be my first official year of teaching, and I am so excited to work at this campus. 

I was born and raised in Waco, Texas and moved to Houston for college. I recently graduated from the University of Houston in December 2024 with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy doing DIY projects, traveling, event planning, and escape rooms. I cannot wait to build long-lasting relationships with each student I have the opportunity to teach!
