Our Campus Compliance Coordinator is your first contact for seeking additional instructional assistance for your child. She serves as our campus 504 coordinator and facilitates the ARD process and associated documentation for our special education students. Additionally, she is responsible for all state assessments (STAAR) at the campus level. She works closely with the administration as a member of the campus based Response to Intervention team.

I am Mrs. Lusk-Tillman, I am the Coordinator of Campus Compliance here at Rita Drabek Elementary. I attended schools within Fort Bend ISD and am a proud FBISD graduate!  I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Special Education from the University of Houston. I am currently pursuing my Masters degree, focusing on Special Education with a concentration of children on the Autism spectrum. I am certified to teach Early Childhood through sixth grade, ESL (English as a Second Language) students as well as Special Education students.

I am a proud parent of four amazing boys whom all attend FBISD schools. As a parent of special needs children myself, I understand the importance of communication and teamwork between the campus and families to ensure the success of their children. This being said, Rita Drabek Elementary is a great place to be!  We believe that children are the treasures of the future. I truly believe that here at Rita Drabek Elementary, we are preparing students for tomorrow while caring for them today.
