Rita Drabek National Elementary Honor Society

The purpose of this student organization is to recognize students for their outstanding academic achievement and demonstration of responsibility. Honor Society members will provide service to the school and community and demonstrate leadership skills at Rita Drabek Elementary. 

Rita Drabek’s chapter of the Honor Society inducts fifth graders at the end of the 4th grade school year. These members must have a cumulative grade average of 85 or above during their fourth grade year, as well as demonstrate leadership, positive behavior, and service to their school and peers.

Throughout the year, Honor Society will sponsor service projects to benefit our school and the Fort Bend community.  As role models to our school, Honor Society members will have the opportunity to foster their leadership and service skills throughout the year through team-building exercises, service projects, and kindness activities. 

All students are encouraged to attend monthly meetings from September to April and complete service projects for their family, friends, and the community. Meetings are one Tuesday every month from 3:25-4:30 pm. Meeting dates will be emailed to all Honor Society parents.
