Greetings! I began teaching at Christa McAuliffe in 2021, and I am passionate about teaching 6th grade math and building relationships with my students. I serve our campus as the 6th grade math lead, as a co-sponsor for Student Council, and as a member of the FunShine Committee.

I was born and raised here in Houston, Texas, graduated from the history-making Yates High School, and obtained my bachelor's from the best HBCU in the State of Texas, Prairie View A&M University! You Know! Go Panthers! Now, I am pursuing my master's in Curriculum  & Instruction with an emphasis in Mathematics at the University of Texas Arlington. 

I am a life-long learner, and my WHY for education is that ALL students can learn! Therefore, I work tirelessly to prepare each and every HAWK for success.
