My name is Terrence Blackshire, I am the Parent Educator at Christa McAuliffe Middle School. I have been with FBISD since 2015. My role as a Parent Educator is to equip you, the parent, and families, with vital information and educational tools to help you become more effectively engaged in the education and lives of your children therefore ensuring success.
Our campus offers a Parent Resource Center for families to sharpen skills and receive support on technology platforms, parenting classes, English learners, and literacy improvement. In these unprecedented times of COVID-19, our District remains unwavering in providing communication and tools to our families and scholars. I invite you to participate in school activities, in our school decision making committees, organizations, classes and workshops throughout the school year.
