I am Corin Miller, M.Ed., a dedicated and accomplished educator currently serving as the CTE Business teacher at McAuliffe Middle School in Texas. With a strong academic foundation that includes a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master’s in Education from HTU in Austin, Texas, I bring a wealth of real-world experience to the classroom. My 20-year career as a Mortgage Underwriter and role as a licensed realtor have equipped me with a deep understanding of financial systems, client relations, and the intricacies of the real estate industry.

In my transition to education, I am passionate about leveraging my extensive professional background to inspire and prepare students for success in the business world. I emphasize professionalism, goal-setting, and rigor in my teaching approach, fostering a learning environment where students are encouraged to set high standards for themselves and pursue their goals with determination. 

Guided by the words of Paulo Freire, “Education does not change the world. Education changes people. People change the world,” I am committed to developing practical, real-world skills in my students, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the business world.
