Hello Tigers!! 

My name is Stacy Briers. This is my second year at Colony Meadows Elementary.  I am so excited to be here at CME.  I previously taught at Leonetti Elementary School.  

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1993 with a degree in Education.  After teaching for 5 years, I stayed home with my kids. I stayed busy within the school volunteering at whatever school my kids were attending as room parent, serving on the PTO board, mentoring kids in the class, and volunteering in the library.  I have two daughters, one a senior at Ridge Point High School and one who recently graduated from Arizona State University. She is back in Houston and has a job!! Whoohoo!!!

It is a privilege and an honor to be a part of your child's education.  I am looking forward to a successful year and even more excited to witnessing the growth and development of your child throughout the year.
