Hello Tigers!! 

My name is Stacy Briers. This is my third year at Colony Meadows Elementary.  I am so excited to be here at CME.  

I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1993 with a degree in Education.  After teaching for 5 years, I stayed home with my kids. I stayed busy within the school, volunteering at the schools my kids were attending as room parents, serving on the PTO board, mentoring kids in the class, and volunteering in the library.  I have two daughters, one a first-year student at Texas Christian University and one who graduated from Arizona State University, and is working in the oil and gas industry in Houston. 

It is a privilege and an honor to be a part of your child's education.  I am looking forward to a successful year and even more excited to witnessing the growth and development of your child throughout the year.
