Hello!  My name is Robert Prachar, and I am excited to be here at Colony Meadows Elementary.  I have been teaching for 11 years, and have a love for analyzing and problem-solving.  I graduated from Sam Houston State University, and went to Elementary School here in Fort Bend ISD (specifically, Pecan Grove Elementary).  On a more personal note, I have a talented wife who is an illustrator and an adorable dog who is a troublemaker.  My teaching methodology is conversation-driven and collaborative.  I personally believe that nobody is self-made; everyone is community-made.  To that end, I will strive to be open, receptive, and available in order to best meet your child's educational needs.  When I'm not working, I prefer to spend time with my wife and teaching my dog how to play ball.  I also love strategy games, namely chess, and role-playing games.  Beyond that, I enjoy finding new experiences and trying new things.  It is my ongoing goal to learn literally everything; anything I don't know is just a new puzzle to solve.
