Hi Tigers!!!

My name is Mrs. Loi, and I am so excited to be joining Colony Meadows Elementary this year as a 5th grade Math/Science Teacher! I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Teaching & Learning. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I grew up in the Alief community and have taught there for 10 years. In fact, I spent 8 of those years teaching at the school I attended as a child. That was my public service to the community I grew up in. While there, I pursued the National Board so that I could better meet the diverse needs of my students. I became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2022 and currently hold a TEA Designation of Exemplary. I now call Sugar Land my home and am glad to be serving the Fort Bend ISD community!! 

When not teaching kids, you will find me spending time with my own kids at home, reading a book, or watching anything related to home renovation.
