Hi! My name is Ms. Velasquez, I am the current director of the Christa McAuliffe Middle School. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and am an alumnus of Fort Bend ISD, so I'm very excited to be part of the district. My primary instrument is the violin, and I received my Bachelors of Music from Sam Houston State University. While my main instrument is violin, I am well versed in viola, cello, and bass. I'm excited to teach the students both about their respective instruments and how to be a part of an Orchestra.
