Welcome Panthers!

My name is Sara Moreno, and I was born here in Houston, but my family is from Mexico. I am excited to tell you that I came to RPHS as a student observer in my junior year of college, and now I am back as a teacher  for Spanish I and Spanish II this year.

I strongly believe that one never stops learning, there is an opportunity to learn something new every day. I am ready to learn alongside my students. 

Learning a language is an invaluable experience that opens doors in many sectors; from personal networking opportunities to better job offers. Immersing in a language is also immersing in a culture, which brings a sense of togetherness in our community. 

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as a teacher and look forward to this school year!
