I am very excited about beginning my first year at Ridge Point.

Coach Lyle is the Ridge Point Head Softball Coach and Co-Teacher for Algebra 1 with Coach Pittman. He is beginning his eighth year in education. After graduation from Klein Oak High School in Spring, Texas, he found his passion for helping mold young people through sports. He started his coaching career with Texas Twelve Academy out of College Station while attending college at Texas A&M University. During his thirteen years with the Twelve, he has had the privilege of coaching boys and girls from 8u-17u. After graduating from college, he began his high school coaching career at Franklin High School. Over his eight years at Franklin, he was fortunate enough to win two state championships as the running backs coach on the football team, while also going to four regional finals and a state tournament appearance as the Head Softball Coach. 

Coach Lyle has been married for ten years to Taylor, and they have four kiddos, Berkley (9), Brady (7), Beckham (5), Taytum (1). 

We are very happy about this next chapter of our lives at RPHS!
