Hello, my name is Keane Fairchild, Jan Schiff's new Art teacher. This is my first year teaching, and I am so excited to be joining an amazing school and community!

I grew up in Sugar Land as a Fort Bend ISD student. I received my BFA in Photography/Digital Media (2020), and Master's degree in Art Education and EC-12 Art Certification (2022) from University of Houston. Outside of school, I enjoy photography, traveling, and watching movies.

Something I believe in, is that art provides a different atmosphere; it's fun, relaxing, hands-on, messy, exciting, challenging, and provides many other potentially new experiences. I am excited to meet your artists, and I look forward to an art room filled with creativity and a school year full of fun and learning!
