Our mission is to develop a lifelong interest in science in elementary students and to prepare them for science experiences in higher grades. Our purpose is to meet the needs of students who want to learn more about science but do not have access to advanced courses and science clubs. Our goal is to have a SciNOW Club at every elementary school in Fort Bend ISD in the next five years. 

 

SciNOW is in its second year at Jan Schiff Elementary. It is comprised of 4th and 5th grade students that are excited about delving deeping into science. We compete yearly in the Fort Bend ISD Elementary Science Bowl.
