Hello Schiff Shark Artists and Parents! I'm Ms. Fairchild the art teacher! I started teaching in 2022, and I am excited to be continuing my career in education as a Schiff Shark with an amazing school and community.

I grew up in Sugar Land as a Fort Bend ISD student and graduated from Clements HS. I have always enjoyed artistic and creative pursuits. I received my Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography/Digital Media (2020), and Master's degree in Art Education (2022) from University of Houston. Following my high school graduation, I formed my own portrait photography business which I still operate to this day. In my free time I enjoy photography, traveling, concerts, playing the harp, and trying local coffee shops.

Something I believe in, is that art provides a different atmosphere; it's fun, relaxing, hands-on, messy, exciting, challenging, and provides many other potentially new experiences. I am so excited to share my creativity and passion for art with all of our Schiff Sharks!
