Ever since I was  young girl, I knew of my desire and love for teaching. I attended the University of Texas-Pan American where I studied Interdisciplinary Studies and began my teaching journey. I have 23 years experience teaching kindergraten through fourth grade. I was also an intervention teacher and worked with third, fourth and fifth grade students. I am excited to be part of the Settlers Way Family.

When I am not teaching, I am spending time with my husband and our three children. I also enjoy gardening, swimming, playing tennis and reading on my free time.

I can't wait to learn, explore and discover third grade with your child this year. It's going to be a great one!
