My name is Patrick Rodenbaugh, and I am the Music 1 teacher this year at Jan Schiff Elementary. I have been a teacher at Schiff since January 2023, and I have loved being a member of the Schiff Family ever since. Music has been a part of my life for the majority of my life, starting with piano, but primarily focusing on the percussion family. During my time at Texas Tech, I was a part of many musical ensembles and groups including the Goin’ Band from Raiderland, the Symphonic Band, the Steel Band, and the Afro-Cuban/Samba Ensembles. I am very passionate about the work I do, and focus on fostering positive relationships with my students while showing them a wide array of topics that may interest or engage them to delve farther into how they can personalize their own musical experience.
