Student Birthday Information
-
A student’s birthday may be minimally celebrated in the classroom through a song or special recognition. Parents can bring store bought cookies or cupcakes, including napkins, for the class to celebrate their child’s birthday which will be given out towards the end of the school day after the child’s lunch period.
Birthday parties, balloons and other treats are not allowed at school.
Access to Classrooms After Dismissal
-
Due to confidential meetings occurring and teachers no longer on duty, students and parents will not be allowed back into the classrooms after dismissal to retrieve homework, books, etc. The only exception will be if a conference has been pre-arranged with a teacher. Thank you for your understanding.
