My name is Julie Ibarra, and I teach kindergarten at Meadows Elementary. I received my B.S. in Applied Learning & Development from the University of Texas in 2004. I began my teaching career at Meadows Elementary in 2005 and was honored to be a finalist for FBISD Rookie Teacher of the Year. After taking a break to stay home with my children, I returned in 2018. In 2023, I was honored to be the campus teacher of the year. My husband and I have six children and love living in the Meadows Place community.
