• Promote Citizenship through service projects for the students, faculty, PTO, and the community.
• Promote Scholarship with academic requirements to be maintained while on the council.  As well as mentoring and tutoring programs for fellow students.
• Promote Leadership by electing council officers, as well as through the many service projects throughout the year.
• Promote Human Relations during service projects within the school and community.
