Hello, my name is Lovisa Boudreaux-Robertson, and I am proud to be a Missouri Middle School Cougar. I am from Houston, Texas, and I received a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in English and Professional Writing from the University of Houston-Downtown. I am certified to teach English Language Arts and Reading (8-12) and I have my ESL certificate to teach emergent bilinguals. This will be my 12th year teaching, 

I have a true passion for working with all students, but especially 8th grade students. Helping each child progress in all areas of development, whether that be academic, social, and language, is a challenge that I greatly accept each day. I strive each day to create a community of learners that is built around trust, and that nurtures growth in a positive, fun environment. 

A little about my personal life. I love cooking, spending time with family, and taking care of 3 fun cats, just to name a few things.
