My name is Mrs. Bryson and I am so excited to be the orchestra director here at MCMS!
I teach violin, viola, cello, and double bass to students from beginners all the way through to advanced. I joined orchestra when I was in 6th grade, so I remember exactly how it felt to start a brand new instrument and I am here to help!
I grew up in the Charleston area of South Carolina before moving to Nashville where I received my bachelor's in music education from Belmont University. While there, I played double bass in the university symphony and played cello in the opera theater, chamber groups, and even played a few musicals.
In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and our three cats, going on bike rides, and reading when I can find the time.
I am so happy to be teaching orchestra here in FBISD!
