About Me

Greetings! I am Ms. Bartie and I am very excited to be a part of the Cougar family of Missouri City Middle School! I have been an educator for the past 26 years. I am thrilled to be a 6th grade Social Studies teacher, looking foward to a year of learning, fun and adventure in studying World Cultures and Geography.

Education

I am a proud graduate of a HBCU, Wiley College, "Home of The Great Debaters", where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in English.
