Welcome to Oakland Elementary!

My name is Kerry Bishop, and I will be your child’s Kindergarten teacher.  I grew up in Scotland and moved here for my Sophomore year of High School. I graduated from the University of Houston. I am an alumni of FBISD, and this will be my tenth year teaching and fourteenth year in the district. I am married, and we are blessed to have 3 amazing boys. I have Liam and Calum, who are 9-year-old twins and a 5-year-old, Bryce.  I love spending time with my family, being at the beach, running and spending time outside.

This is going to be a great year, and we are going to have so much fun in Kindergarten!
