Welcome to 5th Grade!

My name is Adrianne Moshay. I am a 5th grade reading teacher. I have been at Oakland since it opened its doors in 2006. I am so excited to share my love of reading and spreading happiness with your child this year.
 
I am a teacher who:
 
Transmits to students a desire for creativity
Expects each student to succeed above and beyond
Allow students to make mistakes
Communicates with parents and peers
Has a safe, fun, and nurturing classroom
Enables students to reach their potential
Smiles and laughs daily!
 

I am married and I have a son and a daughter, who both attended Oakland. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family and friends.  Even though times are very different, I am dedicated to supporting your child, not only academically but also socially and emotionally.
