Welcome Raider Family,

The PE Department would like to welcome you all to the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking forward to getting to know our students as well as all the fun and learning during PE class this year. PE classes are taught by UIL sports units, which last approximately 3-4 weeks per unit. All students need a combination lock and a PE uniform. Information regarding the purchase of PE Uniforms was sent home with the students last week. This information was also sent by e-mail and is posted on Schoology. Please upload a copy of the receipt from your uniform purchase and submit it on your student’s PE Schoology course.

We have reviewed the PE Policies and Procedures for the locker room and gym with all PE classes. All students were given a copy of these procedures for students and parents to review together to assure that everyone is aware of the expectations. A copy of this document has also been posted in Schoology. This document is to be signed by both the student and parent/guardian; and a copy of the signed document needs to be submitted in the student’s PE Schoology course by Friday, August 22. We began issuing lockers Monday, August 18, 2025. Please make sure that your student has a combination lock for their locker (No locks that have keys). We will not issue lockers to students until they bring in their combination lock. We have also been distributing PE uniforms and practicing the locker room and gym routines. We will begin dressing out on Monday, August 25, 2025 as well as beginning our Fitness Unit. Thanks in advance for your help in making sure that we have a smooth transition into our daily PE routines and activities.

• 8/20/2025 – Submit PE Uniform Receipt to PE Schoology Course
• 8/22/2025 -- Submit Signed Policies and Procedures Form to PE Schoology Course
• 8/25/2025 – First Day of Dressing Out and First Day of Fitness Unit
