Why Project Manhood Matters at Lake Olympia Middle School and FBISD?
We aspire to develop each male student holistically. The young men attending Missouri City and participating as a member of Project Manhood will embody the District's Profile of a Graduate.
Developing the male student's character by instilling the importance of respecting themselves, their education, educators, and all adults. We aim to - Inspire and Awaken their DREAMS and Aspirations. By Equipping them with effective coping and decision-making skills...through Edu-tainment and Exposure of Male Empowerment, Enrichment, and Activities. Imagine restoring honor and a true sense of community within all schools.
Improve discipline and attendance issues
Improve/maintain academics, awareness of community and global challenges/social economic concerns
Developing grooming and daily survival skills; Cooking, Sewing, Balancing a Checkbook, Developing Campus and Community Servant Leaders
Develop young Men for Next-Level as High School and College Graduates...Encourage STEM Programs and Career Interests
Develop and instill cultural diversity training for today’s school learning environment and society

Project Manhood participants will become scholars, and gentlemen will become productive today in tomorrow's society.
