Clinic Information

  • Welcome to the BBE Clinic webpage. The FBISD School Health Services program is dedicated to creating a culture of wellness that supports student success. We strive to promote a safe, healthy environment that is conducive to learning and provide professional care for those who become ill or injured while at school.

There is a Registered Nurse assigned to Brazos Bend. The nurse assists students' physical, mental and social growth by providing a health services program that assesses, evaluates and improves the health of students and staff. Nurse Lynn has been a nurse since 1980 and has worked in many areas of nursing, including emergency room, pre and post surgical, the Navy, and doctor's office. This is her 8th year at BBE and the 10th in FBISD.

Please contact your school nurse with any student health issues and concerns, hospitalizations and/or treatment changes. With this information, we can better serve the students to promote or improve their health and hopefully reduce lost time from the classroom. Thank you for allowing us to partner with you to help keep our Bullfrogs healthy!

  • We are currently in our “Turn It Gold” campaign that started on Monday. What is that, you might ask? September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month and FBISD is observing this awareness. We are encouraging everyone to be brave and stand up to cancer by supporting the research that can save lives. Also, we want to be bold in honoring the children and families affected by cancer. And finally, we want to inspire others in my community to “turn it gold” by donating money to find a cure for pediatric cancer. Our school will be collecting money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through next Thursday, September 26, so be a part of “Turn It Gold” and bring your contribution to help this wonderful organization find a cure for blood cancers.
