Hello Bullfrogs,

I am the Literacy Interventionist at Brazos Bend. I have worked at Brazos Bend since 2001. I have taught 1st grade, Reading Recovery and Dyslexia. I grew up in Rosenberg, TX and graduated from BF Terry High School in 1990. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston - Downtown in Fall 2001. I have been trained in the Reading Recovery Program and Neuhaus for teaching students with Dyslexia. I have a son, Bryce, who attends Travis High School and my husband, Brook, also works for Fort Bend ISD as a Business Analyst for the Child Nutrition Department. I enjoy teaching children how to read. In my spare time I enjoy camping, fishing, and shopping.
